Xanadu company (former CAD Studio) announced acquisition of selected assets of the Dialog MTS company and change of the company name to AAC Solutions s.r.o.

Xanadu s.r.o. is a member of the AAC holding since the year 2000. In connection with the integration of companies in the AAC group, Xanadu will continue to be present on the market under the name "AAC Solutions". Neither the legal status nor the company VAT ID is changing. The company, based in Ceske Budejovice, has now subsidiaries in Prague, Brno, Pardubice and Ostrava. The number of employees has risen of 35% to 90 full-time employees. Yearly turnover of the company is about 7.7 mil. USD, yearly turnover of the AAC holding is about 260 mil. USD.

AAC Solutions achieves the HP Authorized Service Partner status and adds enterprise products for medium and large customers to the company portfolio - ERP systems, groupware, IT infrastructure and IT services including outsourcing. AAC Solutions has completed the certification process and gets the ISO 9001:2000 certification.

AAC Solutions becomes one of the key players on the Czech IT market of value-added services and solutions.
